Returns & Exhanges
General Policy
MUNA will only accept a return, exchange or refund if the product(s) are returned in their original packaging and condition within 15 days of purchase. No refund will be made for product(s) that have been opened, used or are returned damaged.
Please email info@shop-muna.com with your order number to start the returns process.
Terms and Condition
- All shipping costs for return process will be borne by customers.
- Refunds and price difference, if any, will be credited to customer's account.
- MUNA is not responsible for parcels lost in transit during return.
- MUNA reserves the right to refuse a return and refund should the item arrive in dissatisfactory condition.
- Reward points redeemed and delivery charges paid in the original order are non-refundable.
- This policy only applies to purchases made on www.shop-muna.com or in MUNA store.
- MUNA is not responsible for third party purchases.
- The product(s) returned should abide to these condition:
- Product(s) in original condition with packaging and tag intact.
- Valid for full priced product(s) only.
- Original receipt or invoice.
